On the first day of the month of Mesha (Solar System) Paggu , Sura Yugadi
On the first day of the month of Chaitra (Lunar) Chandra Yugadi.
Taulava Brahmins who follow and observe Souramana System should observe Yugadi on the first day of Mesha. Normally it falls on the day after Mesha Sankranti which by and large falls on 13th, 14th, or 15th April every year.
