Halasina hannina Kadabu

- Halasina hannu Pieces 50
- Rice 1 1/4 kg
- White jagerry 3 cups
- Grated coconut 1/2
- cardamom 8
- salt pinch
- Ghee
- Plantain leaves
Grind all the ingredients except Ghee and
plantain leaves.(dosa batter consitency)
Cut the plantain leaves into 1/2 meter.
Grease it with ghee.
Fold and tie one end with a therad and pour
the batter into it and tie the other end.
Pour the remaining batter into the plantain
leaves .
Tie them tightly at both the ends.
Steam in a pressure cooker or the kadabu

- Commonly, ghee is served with kadabu
